IT is hereby notified that HIS EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT has been Pleased, under paragraph (1) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, to appoint the following State Ministers, with effect from 02nd May, 2018.
